Italian chocolate pearlescent shell infused with sun-dried organic Italian olives. You will experience a savory taste of the fruit of the cocoa pod paired with the fruit of the olive branch accented with a hint of salt, so as to not mask the intensity of the fruity flavors. The first time I made these was for a private event in Newport Coast. The host and his guests were delighted to taste my innovative pairing and before I knew it the plentiful platter that I brought was empty!
